As a Supply Chain Analyst II on the Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics team you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes to enhance performance and achieve operational goals. Your expertise in data analysis, combined with proficiency in Tableau, will enable you to generate actionable insights, visualize data trends, and support data driven decision-making across the Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with functional teams within the Supply Chain to create, modify, and deploy Supply Chain specific reports and dashboards with appropriate and insightful visualizations primarily utilizing Tableau

• Ensure that the requested reports and dashboards accurately reflect requested data and are presented in an easily digestible format that drive informed decisions

• Enhance existing Supply Chain Tableau reports, visualizations, and dashboards, ensuring all appropriate content and measures are available, accurate, and refreshed according to the expected cadence

• Partner closely with the Data Warehouse team for support with reporting requirements

• Develop a strong understanding of YETI's Supply Chain systems and data environment - knowing what data is available, how to access it, and a detailed understanding of what it's telling you

• Complete ad-hoc reports, analysis, and benchmarking requests for Supply Chain leaders and project teams, ensuring you understand the audience, purpose, required level of detail, required output/deliverable, and need-by date

• Proactively work to understand key drivers and root cause of findings from requested analysis and present findings clearly and concisely

• Participate in or lead complex cross-functional projects, helping with analyses that will yield critical answers to the strategic questions at hand

• Apply critical thinking to data findings that demonstrates an understanding of impact and correlation within the Supply Chain and can be used to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and/or savings opportunities

• Drive efficiency in your function by identifying ways to optimize processes and reduce level of effort required in recurring reporting, benchmarking, and analytics efforts

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field

• At least 4 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a related role.

• Proven experience utilizing Tableau for reporting and data visualization and working directly with stakeholders to understanding their requirements and recommend solutions

• Strong skills and comfort level with Tableau and other data visualization tools

• Familiarity with Google Big Query or similar Cloud Database Platforms

• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)

• Knowledge of data visualization best practices

• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and outliers in data analysis

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels

• Continuous improvement mindset and experience in driving process optimization. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus

• Proven record of effective collaboration within cross-functional teams

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

• Creative and integrative thinking, combining out-of-the box thinking, ability to question the status quo and to integrate diverse facts and experiences to improve strategic decisions
