- Performs diverse secretarial and administrative duties for corporate officer which, by nature of the superior's position, involves high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.

Minimum EducationHigh School diploma/GED.
Minimum ExperienceTen (10) years related business experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills for successful interface with all levels of management and non-management.
- Good spelling, punctuation, English language, administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize mail, telephone calls and compose correspondence for executive's review and/or action.
- Ability to plan, coordinate and execute meeting set-up and events, including providing agendas, detailed data, information and resources for executives.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software.
Additional Job Details
- Previous or current program management, portfolio/project management, or a similar strategic role experience.
- Strong understanding of SVP-level business and technology strategy to make decisions in prioritization and time sensitive matters (emails, meetings, etc.); Ability to infer when SVP attendance is needed and delegate to VPs as needed.
- Ability to manage and execute on various approval workflow invoices, expense reports [track invoices], contract management, vendor management entries, FBO shipments, backend system requests, Audit/Pay Non-Revenue account invoicing, Manager Access Review and Certification.
- Significant experience coordinating all types of meetings both domestic and international.
- Strong attention to detail in managing and reconciling monthly Corporate Card account.
- Understanding of plan, coordination, and execution of international travel functions, (air/hotel/ground transportation reservations, visas/travel-related official documentation, phone/data for international cell coverage, post-travel expense reporting/entry/approval flows).
- Ability to liaise with Corporate Security on guest visits, as well as initiate Facilities and Properties requests.
- Ability to manager professional and personal calendars
