RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager in Seattle, WA.Summary:The team has an immediate opening for a Technical Program Manager in Seattle. You will be responsible for developing and managing projects that affect new OM PPV health services. The projects require timely execution with the highest degree of data security, availability, and reliability. You will act as a bridge between OM PPV and all internal customers to deliver on Health services for our customers. This role requires hands-on project management skills, deep technical expertise, and excellent leadership skills. Other responsibilities include planning delivery, working with SDMs and PMs, executing S-Team goals, managing risks and launch plans.The TPM will provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. We are a new, dynamic team within Health Services that are developing an innovative, growing business. You will have the opportunity to make an impact in where the business goes.REQUIREMENTS:
- An Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Software: Web Technologies experience
- Delivering results by leading cross functional development teams from design to roll out
- Good track record of working effectively with across different groups in the organization
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to work the business side of projects to drive deployment of new products
- An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done
- A record of successful delivery of software products from conception through business case and customer deployment - plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
