We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Temporary Senior Executive Assistant to join the Sacramento office in a hybrid capacity.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office (3-4 days/week in the office). The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of support to our Assurance and Tax Department and Partners in a fast paced, challenging and rewarding environment. Requirements include extensive people, communication, organizational, technical and process skills, and the ability to continuously prioritize multiple projects. YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Support Assurance Teams
- Preparing and tracking of engagement letters
- Send financial statements to clients via mail or electronic delivery/client portal as needed
- Coordinate/assist new Project set-ups
- Assist with requests expansion of services for client services, assist with any updating of client information.
- Perform other duties as assigned (letters and confirmations)
- Work collaboratively to provide overflow and backup support for other team members
- Remote except on occasion when in-house assistance is needed
YOUR EXPERIENCE.The successful candidate will have:
- 4+ years of experience in administrative support work, office practices and administrative procedures
- Tech savvy with the ability and desire to embrace necessary software applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; intermediate knowledge of all other Microsoft applications
- Superior organizational and follow-through skills with strong attention given to details and deadlines
- Flexibility to change direction frequently between tasks and between different clients
- Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects while prioritizing, planning and organizing projects simultaneously
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as work cooperatively with all levels of management and employees
- Open to constructive feedback and on-going self-improvement
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods of the year
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Highly motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledgeable of business grammar and basic proofreading skills
- Demonstrated client focus experience interacting with senior level executives
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-up skills, required
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated team player with a flexible personality and positive attitude!

California, the salary range for a
Senior Executive Assistant is $75,000 to $100,000. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, and access to best-in-class learning and development platforms, to name a few.
