Summary
Works closely with Senior Consultants and Directors to improve client business performance by providing insight and solutions for organizational problems. Use data and research to identify and implement improvements in methods, procedures, and processes for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Interviewing management and stakeholders.
- Assists in client communication pertaining to specific assignments or meetings.
- Creating reports, presentations, white papers, briefs, and other deliverables.
- Build project plans and budgets.
- Analyzing datasets and information.
- Conducting studies and surveys.
- Play an active role in consulting projects.
- Assists in client communication pertaining to specific assignments or meetings.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Education & Experience Qualifications: Education and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- 1 - 5 years of work experience in management consulting or any relevant business area including operations, marketing, finance, IT, or human resources.
- Applies practical knowledge through progressive experience to resolve issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; advanced statistical analysis or data modeling capability a plus.
- Sound problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Quick learner, innovative thinker with leadership skills and attributes.
- Effective project management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt quickly and respond effectively to project issues that arise.
- Self-starter, self-motivated.
