How Will You Contribute to the Success of the Team?

• Ensure Safety and Compliance: Evaluate facility environments to meet OSHA and industry-specific health and safety guidelines. Design and implement emergency evacuation plans, coordinate with emergency responders, and educate employees on potential health and safety hazards.
  
• Implement Environmental Policies: Enforce environmental policies and practices, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Interpret and evaluate compliance status reports and assist in regulatory visits.
  
• Protect Assets and Prevent Loss: Utilize tools for theft prevention, conduct investigations, and report findings. Implement access control procedures to prevent unauthorized access and monitor emergency and surveillance services.
  
• Drive Operational Excellence: Identify and resolve process problems to improve efficiency. Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to create dashboards and enhance data collection processes. Develop and integrate technology changes to streamline operations.

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years' experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environment.
Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, Audit, or related field;, AND 1 years' experience in the field of Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, and Manufacturing, or related field.
Option 2: 3 years' experience in the field of Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, Safety or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, or related field.
