About Walmart+
Walmart+, Walmart's membership program, helps members save more time and money with benefits such as Free delivery from store, Free shipping no minimum, Member prices on fuel, Video streaming with Paramount+ and so much more. The Walmart+ Acquisition team is accountable for driving membership growth by acquiring new trial and paid members through offers, plan types, enrollment optimization and trial conversion efforts.
We are looking for a talented Senior Director, Walmart+ Member Acquisition to define and shape the long-term vision for sustained acquisition growth. The ideal candidate is someone who can combine a member-first mindset with a bias for action to quickly drive results for our members and for the business. This candidate must have the ability to get things done by influencing key stakeholders across a wide range of teams within Walmart. We are looking for someone who will think big, ruthlessly prioritize to focus on the highest impact efforts, and mobilize cross-functional partners to execute against an aggressive growth roadmap. This is a high visibility role with the ability to make a significant impact on our business goals.
What you'll do...
- Develop and evolve overall membership acquisition strategy based on past learnings, future growth objectives and competitive context.
- Identify, build and launch new offers and incentives that drive trial and/or paid membership growth.
- Lead program development for Walmart+ Assist and Walmart+ Student plan types; evaluate other short- and long-term key cohort opportunities.
- Own performance reporting and identify new initiatives to optimize against key metrics such as trial signups, paid member signups and trial-to-paid member conversion.
- Drive continuous test & learn approach in partnership with product and marketing growth teams.
- Partner with product, technology and marketing teams to prioritize acquisition feature development and investments across relevant Walmart+ roadmaps.
- Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open-Door Policy.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 7 years' experience in strategy, marketing, data analytics, consulting, or related field OR 10 years' experience in strategy, marketing, data analytics, consulting, or related field
5 years' supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 7 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 9 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area. 3 years' supervisory experience.
