Job Description:
The Vice President (VP) of Sales is responsible for leading the sales department, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the organization. Their role involves setting sales goals, overseeing the sales team, managing key client relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are met. They work closely with executive leadership to align sales efforts with the company's overall objectives and may be involved in forecasting, budgeting, and market analysis. Additionally, the VP of Sales plays a key role in motivating and mentoring the sales team while ensuring compliance with sales policies and regulations.
Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
