RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a VMO Coordinator in Scottsdale, AZ for a 6-month duration.Job Duties:
  • VMO Coordinator will maintain user access matrices and user guides for IT VMO technology systems
  • Maintain all IT contracts in client's CLM software with a focus on low-risk renewals
  • Support contract management objectives, procedures, templates and workflow processes for vendor contracts and deliverable schedules
  • Onboard low risk vendors to include reviewing contract terms
  • Conduct research and analysis to assist the VMO throughout the entire vendor lifecycle
  • Support enterprise objectives that involve vendor engagement
  • Collect upfront and ongoing vendor due diligence and coordinate with internal SMEs for review/analysis when relevant
  • Support leadership in vendor management process development
  • As a VMO Coordinator, you will facilitate risk related vendor evaluations, remediation, and reporting
  • Develop/prepare VMO related training guides, communications, meeting agendas/minutes, and process flowcharts
  • Gather and prepare business requirements as needed for vendor related engagements
  • Prepare/facilitate vendor onsite visits which includes preparing agenda, identifying stakeholders, gathering feedback from internal stakeholders, and preparing post visit evaluation feedback
  • Perform other reasonable duties and projects as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Some background/skill sets that would potentially differentiate a candidate: Previous IT experience; Has experience reviewing vendor contract T&C's; Has worked with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems
  • This role will handle responsibilities that are typically for Vendor Coordinators and entry level Vendor Management Analysts; An ideal candidate is probably someone that has done some Vendor Coordinator type of role before and wants to also learn more about Vendor Management
  • Candidates need to be able to commute into the Scottsdale office; However, we are lenient on WFH on an ad hoc and as needed basis


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
