Volt is immediately hiring for Workers Compensation Claims Analyst in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
As a Workers Compensation Claims Analyst, you will:
Manage, investigate, and resolve assigned compensation claims. Coordinate implementation of client-approved return to work program. Review and analyze records to determine compensability/liability and potential settlement of claims within established financial authority; communicate final outcomes to all appropriate parties. Research impact of new legislation or case law.
Conduct interviews, secure vital facts from injured workers, clients, and medical providers to ensure compensability and/or causal relationship of medical treatment.
Draft and process timely claim decision letters
Establish financial reserve levels by assessing the cost of each assigned claim, monitor and recommend revision, as necessary.
Development of case specific return-to-work program to mitigate financial exposure, enhance return-on-investment

Pay Rate: $28.85 - $31.25 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
